juice is full of sugar anyways so that makes sense, My kids are 5 and 6 and hardly ever drink juice we stick to good ol H2o

I don’t measure it out but I only let him drink juice at meal times. I serve him about half a cup of juice/lemonade. Then it’s water for the rest of the day. My son’s pediatrician said that I’m giving him the perfect amount.

4 ounces is plenty if you're going to be giving it to him. But the other moms are right Water or milk is better.

My kids don’t get juice but on special occasions. It makes them wild. They really only need water and milk if you want.

We only give juice in the morning and she barely drinks it. Usually about 4oz but she’ll drink like half. The rest of the day she gets water. At parties she’ll drink more juice because a juice box usually contains 6-8oz but that’s on special occasions.
