I must have slept wrong last night. Of I move my left arm up too high, bend over, or move my head to the left, I get a sharp pain in my neck and shoulder area. I'm home till 5 by myself with aj then I gotta go to the laundromat and make dinner. Idk how I'm gunna make it through the day like this. 😭😭
