I have a habit when i get hungry i buy food to eat but once the food is near me i end up e eating half and throwing the rest away anyone have this problem

Anyone else pregnant & crave spicy foods, salsa or even just junk food? I normally don’t eat salsa but being pregnant I want some! I also crave a lot of junk foods & spicy foods 😩😩😩
