I’m 7 weeks pregnant, /Warning TMI / is it normal to have diarrhea an throwing up all around the same time. I keep trying to drink water to help, but that just comes right up too an then I have to poop an then I feel like I have to throw up again. I’ve tried to sleep it off just to wake back up an be sick all over again. Has this happen to anyone?.. If so what can I do to stop it. I literally can’t stop crying I feel to powerless right now and I can’t keep taking sick days off because of all this🤦🏾♀️ Comment!!!

Its normal I was like that and honestly I didn't even eat it will get better and you can call your ob and talk to them bout it

Yes very normal at 33 weeks I’m STILL like this!!😩 not fun but it’s okay just make sure to stay hydrated with water even if it comes right out! I use a cold rag on my forehead when I sit on the toilet to help the nausea when I have to go potty!
