Don't Bounty offer the 4th packs (New Family packs) any more?

There wasn't a leaflet or voucher in my newborn pack to claim it with, and its not coming up on my app - yet when I tried to collect my second pack, all Newmarket Tesco had is stock was the 4th one!

When I had Bethany, the voucher for the 4th one was included in the 3rd pack.
