What can i use that will help for my baby who is teething and not really sleeping anymore due to teething?

A teether that you can put frozen fruit or ice in worked really well for my son also if my baby was really hurting and crying alot I would give him Tylenol he was around 13pounds and he got 2.5mls so if that's something your comfortable with you could always ask the pediatrician and they should be able to give you a dosage according to babys weight
