I’m an amazing cook, but a horrible baker. My daughter decided on a girly dino party for her birthday in a few weeks. The baker I hired for the cake doesn’t have time for cookies, so looks like that lands on me. This was/is my first attempt at totally homemade cookies & homemade royal icing. I’m glad I did a trial run - now I know it takes me longer than I thought it would, and now I know I need to let each layer of icing totally completely cool before adding more. I ordered some girl scout cookies online to support my cousin. And they doubled my order. I already checked and they only charged me once. I don't even know what to do with this many cookies.
