when child is with father ,does he need to notify mother about their son's whereabouts? Example, he took the baby to the beach (baby's first time) and mother is upset that she wasn't told(court isn't involved,they talked it out on what days he has baby)..asking for someone ..thank you in advance!
I mean, in a normal situation, no. I doubt she texts him each and every time she takes the baby some place. But if the beach is out of state or a good travel distance away, then I would probably say yes to be courteous. He might even legally have to notify her if it’s out of state.
