Delete your posts, remove your followers and take your profile pic down. Then just change your un to something like "deleted user," and uninstall the app.

You can't. There's no admin to do it. You can send a message and request it and they might eventually do it. All you can do is delete your posts, followers and change your name to deleted account and set it on private.
