Ok so I need to vent sooo I guess towards MIL and SO asking family for help is gonna make them a failure so you know what then fine I'm just gonna stop asking for gas money with my mom and dont even ask family for help with anything that we need help with I'm done trying to tell them it dont make you failure and that your just asking family for help and hopefully that they can but when you dont yea your family will get mad at you for not asking for there. So now SO walked out to go to work without kissing so guess hes upset with me for some odd reason and I dont know what I did.

I mean, needing help once in a while isn't bad. But if you are bumming money off of people all the time you need to figure out your budget and stick to it. I'm not saying that to be an ass, or saying you don't know how to handle money, it's just something we as adults need to figure out instead of relying on family for.
As an adult and a mother, I *would* feel like a failure if I had to ask my parents and family for money.
Exactly what pp said. It's one thing to ask for help but to ask all the time ( which it sounds like you do) isn't okay.
Maybe they think that since you are grown and have kids, you shouldn’t be asking for money. 🤷🏼♀️ 🤷🏼♀️
