I used a boppy for my first but actually haven't yet for this one. It is helpful to help support the weight of baby and to position him well on the breast.

@jojocannon up to you really! I don't suggest the boppy pillow because it's expensive and I didnt like it. there's knock offs of the boppy and there's other kinds of nursing pillows! I also just used regular pillows stacked. if you have a baby shower I'd ask for a few diff kinds! or buy used! 🙂
