Frankly I’d wear the mesh undies that they give you. You can throw them away it’s great. My towels were fine. Our hospital had everything we needed except clothes and chargers. They had diapers and wipes for the baby.

I got off the hospital 2 days ago.

For me : I used 1 robe, 1 pair of fussy socks, toothpaste/brush, makeup, hair tie, hairbrush, phone charger, pillow.

For baby : 1 swaddle blanket, car seat, mittens, gloves, hat, 1 going home outfit.

What they said above and your own pillow, blanket and towel! The hospital towels are small as hell and their blankets and pillows aren’t very comfy.
