With my son due to me having my gallbladder removed i waited almost 3monts cause my wounds kept reopening for the slightest movements , my daughter i only bleed 2 weeks and i went into it by 3/4weeks postpartum but due to that i messed up my stomach muscles and uterus they were loose and low i had to do lot of kegels n wear a girdle for 3weeks or so

Your body just did so much. Let it heal, momma. It effects more than just what you can see. You can still be intimate without having actual sex.
