Can anybody describe what quickening feels like? Im 15 weeks and I keep feeling a tugging and/or tightening sensation, and sometimes a poking sensation either below my belly button or to the right of it.

no contractions, no sensation, but this just happened. didn't feel like I had to pee or anything. no sure what it is. could it be just a lot of discharge?

TMI... But is it normal to feel pin prick pain in your cervix? When I lay down I feel this sensation, it's not horribly pain for maybe a 2 out of 10 but concerning.
