Is it normal to have mild cramps at night time only every night ? U lay down and start cramping and it hurts to move ... I’m 19 weeks and Idk wat to make of it 😒

Braxton Hicks can be mildly painful at night if your laying down, try to move into a different position and drink water to help them go away because they can happen also when your dehydrated
