I use to feel like this but then I changed my life around and focused on me and my children instead of focusing on others and how they would think when I changed but I started enjoying myself more and loving my self and that was the best feeling ever. Self love is very important. Your beautiful it takes 21 days to form a habit trying something new once a day that you feel will make you happy until you find something you truly love that will get your mind off the negative. I no is easier said then done but trust me it helps ❤️
prayer is what completely changes my mindset each morning. I'm a relatively happy person but I do have those off days, & as soon as I start praying & praise session each morning, my mind is instantly transformed. I'm happy & stay positive about everything all day long! if I for some reason miss a prayer & praise sesh, I usually have a bad day & am more negative. so I try not to ever miss lol
the people we are around can definitely affect us. our vibe attracts our tribe though, so if your vibing low, you'll attract other who are vibing low. (low as in negative) so in order to stay positive, we must only focus on the positive around us.
