So Wednesday I had my operation done. I had a partial hysterectomy. This picture really shows the raw emotions I felt during that time. I literally balled two hours before the surgery because all of these emotions were hitting me at once. The thought of no longer having children was one of them. But due to long ongoing period issues and an uterine prolapse, it was something I could no longer put off. And I had to remind myself God has blessed me with two beautiful children and just because I no longer can bare them , doesn’t mean I can not be a mother again in the future. They’re so many children that need love in this world. And if even if that’s not in the cards for me again, God is in control and I will continue to allow him to order my steps.
