Hello ladies what would you recommend a first time mom to put on her baby registry??

Snot sucker, thermometer, baby monitor. Wash cloths, diapers,

Bath towel, swaddles, receiving blankets, things for breastfeeding or formula

I recommend a comfortable baby carrier and a comfortable chair (not neccessary a rocker or anything, just something comfortable.) I ended up preferring a lazy boy recliner to a rocker personally.
