How do you stay eating healthy when you crave EVERYTHING unhealthy?! I seriously made two, TWO, hamburger helpers because I couldn’t decide which one I wanted. (Granted, I had to use chicken but it was to just satisfy the hunger) I’m getting so ugh this baby just craves all of Daddy’s favorite foods and none of what I like, fruit and healthy things. I gain weight so easy, I can tell I’m going to gain a LOT!
I seriously don’t each much junk food. I try to eat as healthy as possible. But during the evening/dinner is the worst. Like the craving is so much, everything else makes me sick and just want to cry.
I struggled a lot too, with both pregnancies. Try eating something healthy before you turn to a craving and then try to find better alternatives to what your craving especially if it’s a consistent craving. I also read something about when your body is having a craving it’s asking for something and there was a chart for the most common cravings and what you can eat instead to satisfy them. Maybe you can find something like that. I use Pinterest a lot so that’s another good resource. Ultimately you’re human so don’t be hard on yourself. At least you’re trying!
