I don't 👀 I do zero caffeine while pregnant! Lol I understand the 1 cup is okay but I rather not.

I drunk coffee my whole pregnancy when I was pregnant with my daughter and now she is bouncing off the walls😂😂so I wasn’t sure if it was safe or not

Yes. But it’s recommended to have no more than 200mg of caffeine per day while pregnant.

The 16oz mentioned above would probably be a close equivalent to 200mg of caffeine. ☺️

My ob said no more then 16ounces in a day total. I have been drinking coffee my entire pregnancy but 1
8 ounce cup a day
