Take him to the vet. Vomiting can be caused by many things.
Vomiting for how long?

My dog just wont leave me the hell alone, id worry if she was puking all the time though

Take him in to see a vet. I recently took my dog in because he stopped eating and was coughing. Poor guy has pneumonia. He’s on two medications now.
