If it’s prepackaged, the apples are coated in preservatives. It’s just as easy to get an apple corer 👍 that way she’s just eating apple

I was reading up on it and basically it’s just a form of vitamin C but there are lots of nasty side effects like diarrhea, bloating.. all GI related
