Me and my daughter's dad are divorce, this Friday he can't pick her up so he having his gf pick her up, I've only met her twice I'm torn
I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning

Mommies, thoughts on picking up or coddling a newborn every time they cry? My baby’s been fussy the last couple of days and me or my husband will pick her up every time she cries and she’s getting used to that I’m assuming. I just don’t want her to be fussy and she cries like someone’s murdering her.
I don't know what to do. My DDs dad was suppose to pick her up today for an apple fest. We confirmed this am about him picking her up and then an hour and a half later he texts me to cancel cause he forgot he had something else going on. The look of disappointment on my daughters face was heartbreaking. I didn't know what to say or do to try and make it better. They already have a strained relationship because he was absent for 3 years and just came back in her life a few months ago. This isn't the first home he cancelled on her. I don't know what to do anymore.
Help! What should I do I went to pick up my daughter from school. I get there and she isn’t there and I asked the teacher who picked her up. IDK she said bye and left. She has a whole clipboard and she crosses name sour as soon as someone picks her up. I’m so upset that she didn’t even see who picked her up! What if it was someone my daughter didn’t know! I’m in tears because that could’ve happened and no one would’ve known anything.

Sounds to me like they been together for more than a year . Sorry your going through that but just know that he must of not been worth it and you deserve someone better than him .

i meaaaaaan me personally i would like to have met the girlfriend more than twice before she's picking up my child but that's just me, everyone is different 🤷🏾♀️
