@supermomsuperwife2019, it’s true! Some even take it a step further and bbt temp. So after you get your positive opk, you’ll see a spike in your temperature to confirm you ovulated. Sometimes you don’t see a spike, and that’s how some can see they aren’t ovulating.

@penelope127, gotcha! I have already been checked and I'm in perfect condition and I'm ovulation and my progesterone is perfect so when I do get pregnant I'll be able to hold the pregnancy
