I’m so nervous!! Meeting my lawyer today for my pending assault and battery charge.. ugh I really hope this gets…

It’s a long story.. my ex was shoving me all over the place and I smacked him.. cops were called and they arrested me instead of him... so now I’m going to court for it. Hopefully it gets dropped though. He was super drunk and doesn’t remember much of anything so my lawyer feels it should be dropped for lack of evidence.
