Im really nervous nurse did a urine sample and a cervix swab and finger check Im not dilated but i am having contrations

Really did they get high. And what was the cause

They were moderate. They told me to never hold my pee in because that could cause contractions as well. They gave me progesterone to insert every night and I was on bed rest in the hospital for a month until they did a ffn test to make sure I wasn’t at risk for going into labor and to make sure I wasn’t leaking amniotic fluid. Both my pregnancies my cervix was shortening and with both I was having contractions but I wasn’t feeling them. So it was kind of a weird and confusing!!!!! Are you dilated at all?

I was having braxton hicks they told me to stay hydrated and im wanting to get a uti

They sent me home. And said to stay hydrated and that im wanting to get a uti. But was having braxton hicks
