So I'm asking this question for a friend. If she were to be leaving her husband that she already has children with and she falls pregnant by him and she still is leaving him, does she have a say what happens to the baby as much as he has a say what happens to baby, let's say adoption, ect. Will they have to go to court about it if they disagree?

I think even if they weren’t married if she knew who he was legally he would have the right to refuse adoption. Morally unless he’s abusive she should give him that right
