So here we go a about maybe a week ago I told my mother that I wasn't going to circumcised my kid she told me that she wouldn't change his diaper. So here I am again wanting to reach out to her but I'm beside myself cause on the one hand with out her I wouldn't be here but on the other hand that's my kid. Has anybody ever been there B4?
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
So my MIL wants to come stay with us after I have the baby to "help out". I told her no because she spent the weekend with us and literally could not follow any of the requests I made. I told her where on MY property she could go to smoke and gave her an ashtray to put her finished cigarettes in and asked her to wash her hands when she came back in. She did none of that. So I told her she is not coming back here again until she's ready to follow my rules. Sorry, you stay in my house you follow my rules. Simple.
FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It's making me sad. Like I wish I could quit my job and be home with her.

I think that means she needs to be educated on how to care for an uncircumcised penis. I circumcise my sons but I’ve babysat boys who wernt circumcised. It’s not a big deal. I think she just needs to be told if there’s no poop on it, to not touch/mess with it. You don’t want her pulling the foreskin back or anything. Talk to her, see if giving her information on how to clean it if needed will help change her mind. It’s not scary. It’s just a penis. 😭

You’re making a great choice for your little man. I know it’s hard when it’s family and friends passing judgement...but be confident in the choice your making for that little man. It’s a highly unnecessary cosmetic procedure and if you have chosen to not have that done...it’s ok! Your mom may feel much different after the fact when she sees her grandbaby. But the state of his penis is nobodies business.
