It’s just oats, flax and brewers yeast. Anyone can eat them. You’ll be fine

I love lactation cookies, but I didn’t like how gassy they made me. 😭 tmi. They tasted so good though. I also did homemade ones too.

Love those! All the cookies with fenugreek gave my baby terrible gas but these ones don’t have it. Such a difference! The caramel chocolate ones are amazing 😍😍
