Has anyone developed welts during pregnancy but are t allergic to anything ? I have itchy welts all down my leg

I did after eating Sour Patch Kids. I've never been allergic to food dye in my life, but I got huge welts.

I got huge welts around mosquito bites while pregnant with my last two boys. At one point my doctor thought I was getting hives but it was just a severe reaction to multiple mosquito bites
