Has anyone dealt with PPD? My doctor thinks I still have it. My son is going to be a year on the 23rd. How long does it last for and what did u guys do to feel better?? I l haven’t felt like myself since having him. But it’s been a year. And I wanna feel normal again. But I don’t wanna go on meds....

Can last aslong as you ignore it.

Why don’t you want to go on meds?

Sometimes after having a baby the chemicals in our brains don’t “level” out completely to how they were before, sometimes meds are a good way of helping those chemicals balance again , it doesn’t have to be forever.

Also you can try talking therapy however that’s mostly beneficial when there’s a certain thing on your mind making you feel these feelings.

Xx

My neighbor said when she came off the meds she felt worse than before. So that made me nervous.
