Ladies what is the best solution for diaper rash for little girls shes in pain from it I've tried diaper rash cream I've tried corn starch nothing is helping I've tried letting her air out frequent diaper changing nystatin cream .what else can I do !!

@momtwo4, try seventh generation diaper and honest diapers, they’re really good and absorb better then parents choice. Also honest wipes or wet wipes are really good. And put aquaphor and ask your ped what they recommend for ointment if it gets worse. My son has SUPER bad skin so I’m all too familiar with this

@yesica I have taken her and the best they would do was the nystatin which doesn't even barely clear up a yeast 8nfection let alone diaper rash . Or a compound diaper rash cream that's 50.00 that's just useless for the money as well . I finally got her last diaper rash to go away with an oral med that they gave me along with nystatin cream that I did for two weeks straight .I think her little bottom is just really sensitive it's not that I'm not attentive to how often I change her

ohhh no I know. I’m on my son applying ointment every 30 mins he has eczema and his bottom is also sensitive, we’re not to blame. Try those diapers and wipes and aquaphor that might work. I use that for my sons bottom and face.

Could it be a yeast infection? I use A&D ointment and Boudreaux’s Butt Paste

My sons got so bad one time his pediatrician recommended trying cortizone 10. It worked.

Try a corn starch bath and let her air dry . Then apply vasaline it keeps things off that area and slides off so it doesn't countinue to irritate that area
