To all the moms in here that has had a miscarriage how do u move past it? Im so sad i dont know what 2 do

I’m sorry 😔 It’s devastating, but it does get easier to move on as time goes on. It took me some time to move on. I read a few books where women shared their miscarriage stories and that helped me a lot. It made me feel less alone. I know not everyone would find that therapeutic but I did. When I got pregnant again it helped a lot because I had a pregnancy to focus on.

Iv had 3. It takes time, don't be afraid to cry and let it out. For me personally talking about it helps idk if that's weird but sharing my feelings about it helps get some pain off my chest I like to take a time out once a day just be in my feelings about it a few mins to feel angry or sad cry whatever I need that day.
