Yes, depot is rough. I liked it as a teen because I never got my period but then once I started becoming more in tune with my body I realized that that probably wasn’t healthy. So I stopped it, the first couple months are rough. Your hormones are trying to regulate and get back to their natural state. I think next time I go on birth control I’ll try the copper iud because it’s hormone free.
