Currently my reaction as I watch HGTV while looking for houses within our crappy budget

I feel ya mama! Specially when real estate has sky rocketed in my town born and raised ALL my family and husband family is in BUT YET the pay still sucks EVERYWHERE and all that is moving here is tourist that retire and are rich.
