Everything these ladies said. And they often start with supervised visitation to start. More so both child and adult have the support necessary to help them transition. So men bail once they find out its supervised. Also log everything and keep track of it all. If he cancels or reschedules keep it logged. You can always go back to court to change things if it's not working.

What previous poster said. Don't worry too much. He will likely get some form of reunification though. My ex husband hasn't seen my daughter since she was 3 weeks; she's 4.5 now. We went to court last year and I requested that he makes at least 3 visits within six months and Skype twice a week in order to take her on overnights. Judges are willing to work with you as the primary parent as long as you aren't acting crazy or being selfish. Best of luck to you
