I think my 21 month old has a stye. I did some googling but it says I have to put a warm washcloth on his eye for 15 minutes a few times a day but there's no way he's gonna sit still long enough for that. I just don't know what to do.

Maybe wen he naps put one on his eye as he’s sleeping

Put the warm wash cloth on it for as long as he will allow. Maybe district him with a video or something to look at with his other eye while he sits in your lap. Keep his hands clean and don't allow him to touch it.
