Is there anyway I can stop feeling so tried I’m only 10 weeks and never felt so lethargic Iv had this at end of pregnancy but not so early

I was extremely lethargic with bit my pregnancies at the start it eases off try to sleep as much as possible ask for help and water if you can keep

I was really tired early on this time too, just rest and take it easy, sleep as much as you can xx
