I have something in my finger exactly where u circled it . I’m sure I’m a rare one cause I’ve never met anyone with it .

I have one on my left top its not visible the skin just has a different texture
I have this weird spot that pops out every couple years and I have to “pop” it to get it to stop hurting lol
