I don’t know if this is normal for anyone else or not but I started feeling the little one kick a couple weeks ago 💕 and it’s interesting to learn the sleeping patterns, but the last few days there have been a few hours where she is kicking a lot more than normal, almost continuously for extended periods of time and I love it I just hope it’s a good thing? Maybe being a little paranoid? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Certain food and juices spike movement. See what you are eating or drinking around those times .. it could be the reason.

Totally normal. Each has there own patterns and will change a little throughout pregnancy.

Food and sugars can have an effect. Emotions and activity also has an effect.

With my daughter I would feel her move the most at night when I would lay down and relax. Even while I was trying to sleep. It's pretty normal. Movement is normal. No movement at all is not. So I really wouldn't worry too much. Sounds like the little bean is having a party in there!

Totally normally to start feeling baby moving at 16-20weeks.

If it's evenly timed and continuous it could be the baby having hiccups too! So cool to learn all the movements - it gets even better as baby gets bigger!

Thank you 😇 I enjoy the feeling of everything I think it’s so funny how active she gets when I’m trying to sleep lol

okay so just wondering because it's making me a little nervous, I've felt my little one since about 18 weeks and she's kicked me a lot and very hard since then, but for the past couple days she hasn't been kicking as much. I might get one kick every few hours. is this normal? I try drinking cold water to wake her up and get her to move around more but nothing seems to work. and ideas?
