So I've got a meeting today to tell work I'm either doing one night or not coming back... I'm thinking of extending my maternity leave to the full 12 months but at the same time I don't see the point as you don't get paid the last 3 months anyway. God this is stress I really don't need and I'm crap under pressure I'll probably end up cracking and say yep I'll come back full time and I can't 😂😂 😭

Have a clear idea of what you want & stick to it! Lol. I've had a few meetings regarding my working hours where they've wanted to change my hours. I don't mind compromising as long as it doesn't interfere with my family life but there are limits which I had to say, no. I'm simply not doing that 🤣

Write it down! When I went back after hving my daughter my manager didn’t agree with what I wanted, so I wrote it down and each time I felt like he was persuading me I just referred back to the paper. xx
