Why this pregnancy more painful and uncomfortable than my first pregnancy 😩😩 I’m 18weeks and it already hurts to bend down, walk, get out of bed or even sleep comfortable do any Mother’s have any recommendations or suggestions I can do or use to help with these pains ?!?

Do you know what the very first pregnancy symptom you ever had was? That actually convinced you that you were pregnant.
Do any of u ladies get pains/cramps in ur vagina. Like a weird feeling.

Do any of you ladies use melatonin to help your toddlers sleep? My boys always have a hard time going to sleep and idk what to do anymore 😩
Lots of patience and self care. My first pregnancy I ran 2.5 miles and stayed fit up until 5 days before she was born at almost 3 weeks post term. With my second I thought I was going to die before I even got my positive. And it didn't get better until baby arrived. So sorry!
