I think it’s whichever toothpaste that benefits your enamel most. The stronger your enamel, the whiter your teeth will be. So I use pronamel.. So many pros.. But you can always use the old faithful baking soda. It’s cheap and it works. I use to brush my teeth with it religiously, And they were super white! I brushed with a toothpaste after brushing with baking soda though, only because I didn’t like the baking soda taste lingering around.
Do you just put the baking soda on your toothbrush!? Lol.
@brittanystewart304, yes, I would just wet my toothbrush and then just sprinkle it on there.!
I second this! Definitely makes my teeth noticably whiter.
I use tht diamond charcoal toothpaste it really works aft a 1 use
