I've never had contractions before but my lower stomach has been hurting since at least 4:30 and now it's 7:19 and they still come and go. My doctor's office doesn't open till 7:45. They hurt enough for me to get on my hands and knees.

They said to go to the l&d to get evaluated. My fil isn't here so I'm just going to wait and hope it dies down it doesn't feel like it is
Had an ultrasound this morning and my baby didn’t have a heart beat. The baby passed at 7 weeks 4 days. My heart hurts.

Not much longer just wait and call and see what the nurse recommends most likely they will tell you to wait until you can no longer breathe through them? Or if your bleeding or your water breaks to come in. But all offices are different they may say just come on in.
