Iv never had anxiety growing up. After I became a mother I feel like I’m anxious everyday 😢

@cookamanda12, I just hate the feeling. I get it EVERY time I go out. I get it when I’m about to go to sleep idk why. I just get all shaky my heart races and I feel scared and like crying. Just sucks since Iv never had anxiety before 😢
@njgriffin, yes yes YES. Ugh. Everyone says I’m on my phone all the time when I go anywhere just because when I’m somewhere & that happens, my phone takes my mind off of it. It’s horrible. & I hate summer because for some reason heat makes mine worse, cold makes mine better. I have no idea. I have this overwhelming fear of doctors(which I didn’t have till after I had Lo) so I don’t go to therapy or anything. I know I should. But I’m just AGH. Everything sucks. My body/brain just sucks. Lol
@cookamanda12, I feel the same 😅 I set up a doc app and I’m gonna lay it all out of how I’m feeling to see what he says and what’s the best option or how to deal with it 😕
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I think ima try to suck it up & do the same. I hope everything gets better though! Anxiety is MISERABLE
