Any plus size women lose weight after baby and breastfeeding and keep it off. Im down 40lbs from my pre pregnancy weight and want to keep it off best I can.
@morganavery3 it's that graco duo glide it fits the car seat i got from you. It's not to bad only $136
@cjohnston, hopefully you can get it soon then we can take kids somewhere
I have been doing the intermittent fasting. We go on family walks but thats about the only excersise i get besides chasing my 18 month old around. Hoping to be active more once my newborn is older. I guess alot of the loss is from me eating really healthy and drinking tons of water trying to make sure my food doesn't affect my breastmilk
I'm currently in the process of losing the rest of my baby weight. I'm just eating right, and exercising. I'm also intermittent fasting
Jst eat healthy and work out to maintain it.. I was 185lbs before my daughter n gained up to 203lbs and now I’m at 175lbs I’m gunna start eating healthy this pregnancy to maintain my weight lol I wish I lost as much weight as u I need to lose at least 50 lbs
So does breastfeeding really help you lose weight ? I mean REALLY really ? People keep saying you only lose weight if you eat right while doing it , others say the weight just falls off
seriously considering getting some diet pills..the weight isnt coming off :(
mommies who have been pregnant before, what type of birth control were you on after giving birth? and idk maybe what kind helped keeping weight off or losing weight?
Weight Gain
What week are you and how much weight have you gained so far?
Does anyone have any helpful tips for losing weight? I've tried fasting, calorie counting etc but I always seem to keep it up for about 2 weeks then lose motivation.
I've heard a lot that to keep weight off you have to change the way you eat for good but I find it so hard to stick to constantly cooking veg for breakfast lunch and dinner.
We need to go walking lol
