I really need to go on a diet. It’s been really hard for me to commit to a diet right now though. I keep forgetting about the fact that I told myself I’d go on a diet. Last time I started a diet it was so easy and I dropped weight like nothing. Not sure what’s up with me this time around. No motivation.

Take it as a healthy lifestyle. Eating the right foods is good for your body . It’s okay to have a slice of pizza or donuts it’s okay ! Just remember it can be 90%Healthy food and 10% whatever you would like to eat. Cutting all bad food so quickly will stress you out and make it a lot more difficult for you to commit to eating just healthy . You have to find a balance in food . Have a slice of pizza with a side salad that contains what your body needs . Moderation is key .
