MY BIRTH STORY!!
Monday the 13th of may I woke up in the night with very intense period pains. My mum took me down to the hospital to be checked out, they hooked me up to the monitor and informed me I had irritable cervix as the machine wasn't picking up my contractions. They decided to keep me in over night as irritable cervix can bring on labour. Through out the early hours of the morning the contractions began to ease off and I was discharged Tuesday morning.
Tuesday the 14th of may, by the evening the contractions had got bad again but I wanted to wait it out as long as possible as I didn't want to be sent home again. Me and my other half spent that night in and out off sleep due to my contractions. By the time 8am 15th of may, Wednesday morning came I rang my midwife to explain, she said she would be round at midday to do a check over. 11am came and I was in agony so my other half decided enough was enough and took me down to the maternity hospital.
When I arrived the midwife gave me gas and air and hooked me up to the machine. Again she suggested I had an irritable cervix and said that I would most probably be going home with some pain killers. I was dreading it as I kept thinking I can not got the next 3 weeks in this pain. The midwife did an examination and informed me it was good news, I wasn't going home and I was 9cm dialated. I was over the moon!
After 3 hours of pushing my beautiful little girl arrived at 17:45, by ventouse with just gas and air and weighing 7lb 8oz. 3 weeks and 1 day early.
We had a rocky start and spent a week in hospital due to baby's girl breathing, being jaundice and loosing too much weight but we are now home and doing extremely well!!

Glad you are home!! I’ve had a ventouse birth aswell, it’s not easy is it! What a great weight for 3 weeks early!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
