@icestorm1123, the nurse kept sneaking me cracker and got me a piece of toast twice but that all I had for 3 days it was miserable

No I was in the hospital 3 days before they decided to induce and I couldn’t eat them 3 days until I had them they gave me ice chips and two crackers at a time or jello but not a real meal till I gave birth

I wasn't able to eat after midnight the morning b4 induction with all of mine

It’s hard. My husband walked in with a bag of like salsa smelling chips. Oh I kicked his butt outside. Told him no food in this room lol. He learned so with the second he left ate and came back haha. But you will have that moment right after birth and giving baby love and such. Then you can devour some food. With my first I ordered a pizza since it was late. My second I ordered room service. But hey all that starving is worth it.
I wasn’t able to with eather of my inductions. With my first I went in at like 7pm. So from 7pm till I gave birth at 8pm the next day I wasn’t allowed to eat just ice chips.
With my second we went in that morning at 6am. I was able to eat before I went in if I remember correctly but as soon as I got to the hospital I wasn’t allowed to have anything but ice chips once again. Luckily with him I had him at 1pm so I didn’t have a huge stretch of no eating like I did with my first son.

Omg y'all that gave me some confort lol, cause I know as soon as I was in labor with my other three I wasnt able to eat anything but ice chips, but that was a natural labor so I was hoping it wasnt the same rules lol!

My OB/midwife told me she's fine with me eating, but to try not to let the nurses catch me doing it 😉

I was! Up until I gave birth. I had actually ordered food and it got there right when I was pushing 😂
