So a week ago I complained that Lizzie is not crawling yet and here she is, crawling! And mommy cannot be happier 🥰😍🥰…

I was trying to help her start for a few months now. For example I was trying to get her on her four whenever she is in the mood and let her rock back and forth. Also I was practicing some walking on hands, when you lift and support her legs and let her land on the hands and then make some steps forward just on hands. Another one was doing the rocking and sitting on a fitness ball. There are quite a few exercises and I tried to use them all 🙈

I guess the key that let them start is when the hands and back are strong enough, hence the exercises directed at strengthening the hands and back mostly.
